What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Please see our Check In/Check Out page for more details.
Can I check-in early and/or check-out late?
While our standard times are set, we can occasionally accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. These are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may include an extra fee. Please let us know once your booking is confirmed so we can check our schedule for you.

Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, registered guests have access to complimentary, high-speed Wi-Fi powered by fiber. Please note that actual speeds may vary or be subject to bandwidth management during peak usage times to ensure a smooth connection for all users.
How is cell coverage?
We have limited cell coverage on our property due to the rural location. We suggest turning on the Wi-Fi calling feature on your cell phone and logging in to our free Wi-Fi upon arrival. If you plan to use an online navigation application via your cell phone while you are staying with us (e.g. Google Maps or Apple Maps), we suggest locating and downloading the map prior to leaving the property and exploring the area.
Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed on the property or in the rentals.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
There is no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed on the property or inside the RV.
Is there ample parking?
Yes, free on-site parking is available. We have plenty of room to accommodate guests with trailers also.
What about EV’s & Charging?
Our property is EV friendly with a 50 amp RV receptacle near the rental unit. Guests should bring their own adapter and can contact us in advance to discuss details. Full charging stations are also located in Grayling, Lake City, Houghton Lake, and Cadillac. If you have an E-Bike, simply bring the appropriate adapters for charging at one of the available exterior outlets.
Can I have visitors?
Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Any daytime visitors must be pre-approved prior to arrival and should not exceed 1 visitor per registered guest.
