What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in is at 3 PM. Check-out is at 11 AM. Early or late arrangements may be available by prior request.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is provided with speeds sufficient for streaming.
Are pets allowed?
No pets allowed.
What about cell service?
We strongly recommending connecting to wifi immediately upon arrival and ensuring wifi calling is enabled on your phone. Cell towers are remote and provide extremely limited service.
Is there parking?
Yes, on-site parking is available. Boat and trailer parking can be accommodated.
What about EV’s & Charging
Our property is EV friendly with 50amp RV receptacle near the rental unit. Guests must bring own adapter. Please contact us in advance to discuss details. Full charging stations are also located in Grayling, Lake City, Houghton Lake, and Cadillac. If you have an E-Bike, bring appropriate adapters for charging
Can I have visitors?
Registered guests only. All visitors must be pre-approved. Occupancy must not exceed the maximum listed for each unit.
